Family Justice Bill - John Hemming
On the 26th October 2012, John Hemming (ex MP for Yardley Birmingham and owner of Justice For Families) put forward a Draft Bill to Parliament called The Family Justice Bill. This Bill was to make provisions regarding arrangements for children involved in court cases; to make provision about the transparency, administration and accountability of courts and case conferences; to require the promotion of measures to assist families and such other persons as may be specified to reduce the cost of living through lower fuel bills; and for connected purposes.
Below are the documents put forward and we are proud to add our name to having been part of John’s team in doing this.
Unfortunately non of the members of the House of Commons supported this Bill other than John Hemming himself.
